Do you work on my bow brand?
Absolutely—we probably do.
At JWD Archery, we work on most major brands of compound bows and crossbows, including older models and specialty setups. Whether you're shooting a Darton, Mathews, Hoyt, Bear, PSE, TenPoint, Ravin—or something less common—we’ve likely had our hands on it. And if we haven’t yet, we’re confident we can get it tuned up right.

Can I bring in my own gear?
Yes, absolutely.
If you’ve already got your own rest, sight, stabilizer, or other accessories, we’re happy to install them for you—even if you didn’t buy them from us. Just keep in mind there’s a small install fee for outside gear. We’ll make sure it’s set up right and shooting smooth.
Got something specific in mind? Bring it in and we’ll walk you through the setup.
Do you sell arrows or just build them?
We do both.
We stock popular arrow brands like BlackEagle and Gold Tip, ready to go off the shelf. We also carry crossbow bolts for brands like TenPoint, Ravin, and others. And if you’re looking for something custom—spine, length, vanes, inserts—we can build arrows to fit your exact setup.
Need help choosing? We’ll help you figure out what works best for your bow and style.
What’s your turnaround time?
We keep it quick.
During the off-season, we can usually handle walk-ins on the spot—depending on what you need. For string and cable installs, if your set needs to be ordered, turnaround is typically 1 to 2 weeks. We’ll always give you a clear estimate up front and do our best to get you back shooting fast.
Need it done before a hunt or tournament? Let us know—we’ll do what we can to make it happen.
Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?
We do both.
You’re welcome to walk in or set up an appointment—whatever works best for you. Just keep in mind that during bow season, walk-ins may need to wait or be scheduled for a later time depending on how busy the shop is.
